1.  What’s my login and password? 

  • Go to the “contact us” page and submit a request for your login information and an administrator will email it to you shortly.

2.  How do I create a directory listing for my agency/community?

  • Login using your member id and password.
  • On the top left of the screen, click on “HIPSS” in the black border to take you to the HIPSS website home page.
  • Click on the “Member Directory” tab
  • Click on “submit a listing”
  • Complete the listing form with as much information as possible, including address, contact info, etc.
  • Click “continue”
  • If you would like to submit a logo, click “browse” to upload a jpeg file of your logo from your computer files.
  • Then click “upload” and wait for file to finish uploading.
  • Click “submit for review”
  • Once your listing has been approved by an admin, your directory listing will be published publicly.
