Supporting LGBTQ+ Older Adults
Did you know that LGBTQ+ older people are twice as likely to be single and live alone and four times less likely to have children? We will explore how these and other factors create special challenges for LGBTQ+ older people. A representative from SAGE will lead us in this important and timely discussion.
SAGE is the country’s largest and oldest organization dedicated to improving the lives of LGBTQ+ older people. Founded in 1978 and headquartered in New York City, SAGE is a national organization that offers supportive services and resources to LGBTQ+ older people and their caregivers.
We are honored that a member of the SAGE team can join us virtually for this meeting.
