is open to family caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease or related dementias as an opportunity for education and socialization.

To participate in this Caregiver Book Discussion Group,
family caregivers must meet the following eligibility:

• Actively providing unpaid care for an individual with Alzheimer’s or related dementia
• Commit to reading assignments and participation in discussions
• Agree to terms of program with enrollment
