Speaker: Victor Isler, Director of Forsyth County Department of Social Services (DSS)

Victor Isler is a native of Goldsboro, N.C., and has lived in Winston-Salem for over 20 years. As the director of the Forsyth County Department of Social Services,  Victor leads efforts to protect vulnerable individuals, build thriving communities and promote self-sufficiency.

Victor is an active human services leader. He works diligently to promote access to services and develop innovative and effective practices. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is trained in various trauma-based modalities.

Victor holds a BA in Sociology with a concentration in Social Welfare from Winston-Salem State University, an MSW from the joint Master of Social Work Program from N.C. A&T University and UNCG, and a Master’s of Health Administration from Pfeiffer University. Victor is also a 2019 graduate of Leadership Winston-Salem.
