I’m looking forward to presenting the August CE Program titled Low Vision: Impact to Day to Day Activities & Intervention via Zoom, an online conference meeting room. Since we are not able to meet together here at Brookdale Winston Salem I wanted to be able to still offer the continued education for you. This month I will be offering the CE’s on 2 different days.  You do not have to attend both but wanted to have another option for you. This will give you 1 hour Continued Education Credits.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Before the meeting I will email you participant instructions, post test and PowerPoint presentation. At the conclusion of the presentation you will follow step-by-step participant instructions and go to our HealthStream CE website (https://www.healthstream.com/HLC/brookdalece) Just like we do after our meetings here. You will create your profile if this is your first time or log in and complete the requirements to obtain your certificate directly on the site.
