Please accept our multi-agency invitation to join us on OCTOBER 28th at
the Enrichment Center to participate in a community conversation around
Disability, Housing, and Home and Community-Based Supports.

Vendor Booths, Vaccination Clinic, Live Music, Food and Drink will be
available to participants between 5:00-5:30pm.

This is a FREE event!

To register for the event, please open the flier and select the link to
our Eventbrite.  You can choose to attend either in-person or via zoom. 
Zoom participants will be limited in their ability to directly engage
and in-person registration is capped due to COVID safety precautions, so
please register as soon as you know your preferred mode of attendance.

like to have your agencies booth present at the event.
