Tips and Skills for Becoming a Confident Family Caregiver

Trellis is gearing up for a new class they are calling Caregiver Confidence. This class is aimed at helping family caregivers learn tips and gain skills in the practical aspects of caring for a loved one at home. Topics include how to organize medical information, fall prevention, safe transfers in and out of bed, and managing incontinence. Ginnie White from the Trellis staff will share information about the class in hopes that it can be another resource for us to offer to the caregivers we care about.
