Mark Moser specializes in strategic HR for small and mid-size firms, helping them ensure that their HR processes are compliant and aligned with their company’s strategy. He works with companies in the Piedmont Triad and throughout the Carolinas. Mark is also and adjunct instructor at UNCG in Greensboro, where he teaches HR courses in the Bryan School of Business.
Dr. Karen Pollard: In today’s world, time may be our most treasured and valuable asset. In 2020, more than ever, this is true, as we are dealing with demands of working from home and childcare on top of our usual responsibilities. It may seem impossible that anything could save us time in our day and we may feel frustrated not knowing where to begin. Luckily for us, our brains are designed to adapt to change and the more we learn about how our brains operate for each of us as individuals, the more we can hone our productivity strategies to work to our strengths, which saves us time and gives us opportunities to do more of the things we love, like being with family and relaxing. This, in turn, reduces stress levels and allows our brains to function at a higher capacity, which results in more efficiency and productivity, and it is a beautiful cycle.
Join us as Dr. Karen Pollard, neuropsychologist and executive performance coach, teaches us the neuropsychology of how the current pandemic is impacting our brains and our functioning and shares strategies to harness our brain power to benefit our performance, both personally and professionally.
