The COVID-19 Pandemic has resulted in increased isolation and loneliness for older adults, many of whom have gone weeks or months without meaningful contact with family members, neighbors, and friends.  While sheltering in place and maintaining physical distance are necessary precautions for the time we are in, cases of depression and anxiety are on the rise. From her clinical experience, Laura will share practical and evidence-based suggestions for managing isolation and depression during this challenging time.
