 Caring for Those Who Are Grieving: Basic Principles of Grief and How They Apply in a Time of Social Distancing

 Saundra will provide basic information about the common dimensions of normal grief, principles that help us make sense of the human responses to experiences of loss. She will then help us explore how these principles apply during this COVID-19 pandemic when we are facing fears for ourselves and loved ones, changes in our normal patterns and routines, and the necessity of social distancing.

Whether you are at home or work, plan to take your lunch break with us. We will begin with some informal check-in time, then hear Saundra’s timely presentation, followed by questions and discussion.
