2nd Annual Aging Well Conference

sponsored by the Aging Well Team, Moravian Church, Southern Province

Our older adults are crucially important. We want to provide them with the tools and network they need as they continue to grow older. The Aging Well 2018 Conference contributes to this by helping people of faith address the challenges of aging.  The conference is not limited to older adults.  Non-Moravians are welcome to attend.

 The conference will include workshops on aging, memoir writing, healthcare system navigation, healthy living, the impact of the opioid epidemic, and self-help for caregivers. Afternoon program featuring the Cherry Street Ensemble.
