Brookedale is looking forward to presenting the August CE Program titled, A Review of the Most Common Forms of Dementia: Symptoms, Diagnosis and Treatment via Zoom, an online conference meeting room. This month we will be offering the CE’s on 2 different days. You do not have to attend both. This will give you 1 hour Continued Education Credits.
