Holli is well-known in the aging services community for her knowledge and compassion. Challenged by her own caregiving experience, Holli realized that caregivers often need guidance, information, and support as they navigate the complicated world of insurance, access to services, and other issues that can be overwhelming. In 2012, she put years of education, research, and personal experience to work and founded Age With Grace, offering Geriatric Care Management to our community. Holli will help us understand what a Geriatric Care Manager does and how those services can be of help to older adults and their families.
We are thrilled to gather in person after a long pandemic break! For those who register, a boxed lunch will be provided, compliments of Piedmont Home Health (Bob Cain) and Holli Ward (Age With Grace).
Extra spacing will be observed at tables. Masks are not required but each person is encouraged to follow reasonable COVID safety precautions as we venture back into gathering in person.
